The recruitment of human resources is mainly based on the identification of operators with qualified skills and undoubted moral qualities.
Each Operator, trained in accordance with the law 81/08, follows further specific training courses for the activities that will have to perform, including First Aid and Fire-fighting.
Furthermore, employees receive a training about environmental sustainability and energy saving; they are trained to fully accept the procedures adopted within the ISO 14000 framework and will be informed on the main environmental and environment-friendly issues.
All operators, for the service activity, are equipped with a uniform accompanied by identification card and necessary kit.
